Regulations of the online store called "EcuNaprawa"
(hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations")

§ 1
Introductory provisions
1. The online store available on the website www.EcuNaprawa.pl under the name EcuNaprawa (hereinafter referred to as the "Store") is run by EcuNaprawa conducting business activity under the name SPEEDTRONIC EWA BORAWSKA with its registered office at ul. Kraska 32, 18-400 Łomża, entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), NIP number 7181940666, REGON number 450098648 (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").
2. These Regulations are addressed to both Consumers and Entrepreneurs using the Store, and define the rules of using the Store, including the rules and procedure for concluding Sales Agreements via the Store.
3. Date of publication of the Regulations on the website: 2018.
4. The Regulations are an integral part of the Sales Agreement concluded between the Seller and the Customer.
§ 2
Definitions of terms contained in the Regulations
1. Consumer - a natural person with full legal capacity concluding a Sales Agreement with the Seller, the subject of which is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
2. Customer - a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, to which a separate act grants legal capacity, which has concluded or intends to conclude a Sales Agreement with the Seller (both the Consumer and the Entrepreneur);
3. Account - an electronic service, marked with an individual name (login) and password provided by the Customer, a set of resources in the Seller's electronic system, in which the data provided by the Customer and information about the Orders placed by them in the Store are collected.
4. Basket - an element of the Store's software, in which the Products selected by the Customer for purchase are visible, containing functions for determining and modifying Order data, in particular changing the quantity of Products for purchase.
5. Registration form – an interactive form available in the Store, enabling the Customer to create an Account.

6. Order form – an interactive form available in the Store, enabling the Customer to place an Order, in particular by adding Products to the electronic Basket and specifying the terms of the Sales Agreement, including the method of delivery and payment.

7. Product – a movable item available in the Store, which is the subject of the Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller.

8. Entrepreneur – a natural person, legal person, organizational unit without legal personality, to which a separate act grants legal capacity, conducting business activity on its own behalf.

9. Seller – a natural person conducting business activity under the name AUTO BORAWSKI Mirosław Karol Borawski with its registered office in Łomża at ul. Kraska 32, entered into the Central Register and Information on Business Activity (CEIDG), NIP no. 7181068524, REGON no. 450098648
10. Store - online store under the name EcuNaprawa run by the Seller at the internet address www.EcuNaprawa.pl
11. Distance contract - a contract concluded with the Customer as part of an organized system of concluding distance contracts (within the Store), without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties, with the exclusive use of one or more means of distance communication until the conclusion of the contract inclusive.

12. Sales Agreement - a Product sales contract concluded or concluded between the Customer and the Seller via the Store.

13. Electronic service - a service provided electronically by the Seller to the Customer via the Store, i.e. Account, Order Form.

14. Regulations - these regulations of the Store.
15. Order - a declaration of will of the Customer submitted using the Order Form placed on the Store's website, aiming directly at concluding a Product Sales Agreement or Products with the Seller.

§ 4
Technical requirements necessary to use the Store's IT system
1. To use the Store, including browsing Products offered by the Store and placing orders for Products, the following is necessary:
access to a terminal device with access to the Internet and an Internet browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox
active e-mail account,
enabled file support cookies,
installed FlashPlayer program.
2. The Customer is obliged to use the Store in accordance with the law and good customs.
3. The Customer is obliged to enter data in accordance with the actual state. The Seller is not responsible for providing data that is inconsistent with the actual state and data that is not
